Cole+ was QS for a £1m+ refurbishment of our private house in West London. It proved to be a challenging assignment because of multiple failures on the part of the contractors and led to a dispute about delays. At all times I was ably supported by Cole+. We subsequently appointed Cole+ to help us prepare for another project.

Cole+ successfully lead the team, mediating differences between the team members, working with the design team and the client to find creative, value engineered solutions to reduce costs and collaborating closely with local partners.
